Further changes are agreed in advance and billed at €85 per hour.
Hosting & maintenance
The first year is included in the project price. From year two, from €20 a month incl. VAT: updates, backups and monitoring included. The exact fee is in your quote.

- 50/50 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
All prices are final and include German VAT at 19%: €85 per hour is €71.43 net. Your contract is with my company, ETHERKRAFT UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Hesse, Germany.
Security · OpSec
I run my own servers. And I secure them myself.
Your website doesn't end up on some anonymous mass-market host. It runs on privately operated servers that I set up, monitor and protect. I always know who has access, and who doesn't.
Servers in Germany
All the servers I run and host your site on are located in Germany. Maximum transparency and security for personal and business data: you always know where your data lives.
No open doors
The server can't be reached directly from the internet. Traffic comes in through an encrypted tunnel.
A filter at the gate
Firewall and DDoS protection in front of every site filter out bots and attacks before they reach your site.
Protected admin areas
The login page only appears after an identity check. Password guessing goes nowhere.
Every site on its own
Each project runs in its own isolated container. A problem stays where it starts.
E-mail that arrives
My own mail servers, set up with SPF, DKIM and DMARC: the best conditions for your mail to reach the inbox, not spam, and your domain is protected against spoofing.
Updates & backups
Regular updates and backups. If something goes wrong, your site is back online fast.
Private analytics
I measure visits with Matomo on my own server, not Google Analytics. The data stays in-house, is used for statistics only, and IP addresses are anonymised.

A clear quote
You get a fixed price, in writing. We start once you've paid a 50% deposit.

Build & one round of changes
I build and show you the site. One round of changes at your request is included. Domain, e-mail and server get set up in parallel.
- 04
Handover
The site goes live and you pay the rest. From then on I look after hosting, security and maintenance.

I'm Elxhi Xhafa, a web developer and advisor based in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse. I'm an EU citizen. I grew up and went to school in Italy, where I qualified as an electronics technician, specialising in computer science. I've lived and worked in Germany for more than ten years. I speak four languages: German, Italian, English and Albanian. I'm open to any online project, big or small. Availability and reliability are guaranteed.
I don't just build websites. I also run the technology behind them: my own servers, my own mail servers, my own security rules. That's why you get everything from one person, and if something goes wrong, there is exactly one person who handles it. And I work with AI every day: as a tool, as custom solutions for clients, and as a new way for customers to find you.
